Terms and Conditions of Inflatable Hire
Please ensure that the venue ie. garden, hall etc is measured correctly prior to hiring as we are unable to refund monies if the inflatable does not fit. Please allow extra room for safety mats at the front of the inflatable and the fan tube and blower to the rear of the inflatable. Please inform us at the time of booking if there are any steps to the site of where the castle is to be erected. Please note that if the driver arrives and there are steps which have not been stated clearly on the booking form, the driver reserves the right to refuse to set up the inflatable and no monies will be refunded.

The delivery driver MUST have a clear and clean pathway/ site to where the inflatable will be erected. The driver will have other inflatables to set up and therefore cannot wait for items and pet waste etc to be removed. Please be advised if this is not adhered to, we will have no alternative other than to leave without erecting the inflatable and no monies will be refunded.
As the Supplier/ Erector and in order to ensure that we comply with our Public Liability Insurance requirements we will ensure that:
All anchor points are intact and not damaged
All sand bags are correctly attached (if applicable)
All anchor pegs and their location remains sound for continued use
The wall to tower fixings are not torn.
There are no holes or rips in the surface or seams of the bed and front step
When fully inflated all walls are firm and upright and the pressure in the bed and front step are sufficient to give a reliable and firm footing
The blower has no exposed wires or loose bolts, screws and that the mesh guards over the air inlet are secured and intact.
Electric cables are not worn or chaffed and that plugs and extension reels are not damaged
Safety mats are placed at the front and to the side of the step or barrier
No child will be allowed on the inflatable during inflation and deflation
As the Hirer/ Supervisor we advise that you must:
Ensure that no children over the age of 12 years or adults are to use our inflatables. Our inflatables are not reinforced enough for adults and therefore will damage the seams etc and of which you will be liable for any costs.
Ensure that all children are kept away whilst the castle(s) are being set up, packed away etc
Ensure that all children remove their shoes (except socks) and any other sharp or dangerous objects such as belts, keys, jewellery, badges, spectacles, large earrings, mobile phones etc
Ensure that a responsible adult over the age of 18 years is supervising the inflatable at all times
Not allow any child to climb, hang or sit on the walls. This is extremely dangerous
Always ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of children using it
Ensure that children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others
Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step or safety barrier (if applicable) as a child could easily bounce off the inflatable and get hurt. The step is simply there to help children on and off of the inflatable
Not allow any pets, toys, electronic hand held games or sharp instruments on or near the inflatable.
Not have any smoking, barbeques or paddling pools near the inflatables. These must be sited at least 10 metres away.
Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems is to use the inflatables as indeed any child who is feeling unwell or any child on any medication
Do not allow anyone on the inflatable during inflation and deflation.
No face-paints, party-poppers, coloured streamers or "silly string" must be used near or on the inflatable, as they can make a terrible mess and permanently stain the unit. The Hirer will be liable to compensate Pump Up The Fun Bouncy Castle Hire.
Periodically check all anchor pegs or sand bags for movement and ensure they remain secure.
Ensure that the inflatables are immediately deflated in the event of thunder and lightning storms or in high winds
Contact Pump Up The Fun if you have any problems or loss of use with the fan blower to the rear of the inflatable. (Check first that the inflation tube has not come away from the fan blower, in which case this must be tied securely before re-inflating)
Not allow children to use the inflatables in heavy rain as the bed becomes extremely slippery. Do not switch the fan off during the rain as the castle fills up with water. Before bouncing recommences, any wetness, including bubbling along the seams can be dried with a towel
Ensure that the Hirer/ Supervisor should be proactive, use a whistle or other device and take action at the first sign of misbehaviour
Ensure that any accidents are recorded in the accident book provided by Pump Up The Fun.
Not allow children to place stickers or draw around the inflatables or safety mats
Ensure that the inflatable is still inflated upon collection
Ensure that the inflatable is collected by a member of Pump Up The Fun. If unsure, please telephone prior to hand over.
Licensed premises The inflatable must be in a fenced off area which must be glass free. The inflatable must be supervised at all times by an adult over the age of 18 years.
Pump Up The Fun cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to your property whilst setting up/collecting our inflatables
Pump Up The Fun cannot be held responsible for any holes left in the garden caused by the anchor pegs, although these will be minimal
Pump Up The Fun cannot be held responsible for any damage to underground pipes,
cables, plants, ornaments etc
Finally ensure that all children have lots of fun!!!!!!!!
